Does a photobooth attendant come with the hire?
Yes. Every booking includes a professional onsite attendant for the full duration of your event. They set up, manage the booth throughout the night and pack down at the end.
What is the difference between the Open Air and Igloo booths?
The Open Air booth uses a physical backdrop and suits larger groups and open venue spaces. The Igloo is an enclosed booth using green screen technology for customisable digital backgrounds. Both use professional DSLR cameras and produce instant prints.
Do guests get to keep their photos on the night?
Yes. Every booking includes unlimited instant prints, ready in under 20 seconds. Guests receive two copies each, one to take home and one for your guestbook. A USB with all images is also provided.
Can I customise the photo template?
Yes. Every package includes a custom photo template with your names, logo or event details. There are 100+ templates to choose from across wedding, celebration, Christmas and other themes.
How far in advance should I book?
Popular dates, particularly weekends from October through April, book out well in advance. We recommend enquiring as early as possible to secure availability.
Do you service areas outside Coffs Harbour?
